During the month of July, Grocery Outlet is hosting a “Independence from Hunger” food drive where shoppers can purchase a pre-made bag of food items or donate cash to benefit their local communities.

That means in Lewiston, the Grocery Outlet at 117 Thain Road the proceeds will benefit Community Action Partnership’s food bank.  Our goal here is to raise $3,700.  For every bag purchased or $5 donated, shoppers will receive a $5.00 coupon for purchases of $25.00 or more.  For more information, you may contact Carlo or Kylie at Grocery Outlet by calling (208) 746-1003, or Connie at Community Action Partnership by calling (208) 798-4210.
